The project delivered a full-screen cinematic website, per-vehicle landing pages, and an AI qualification system that routes only serious buyers.
What we were solving
High traffic from social media was generating mostly unqualified inquiries. The sales team was spending the majority of their time on tyre-kickers who had no buying intent — while serious buyers with large budgets weren't being captured effectively.
How we solved it
We built a dark-theme cinematic website with full-screen video hero, per-vehicle landing pages, and brand/year/price filtering. On top of the website we deployed five custom AI systems: a VIN report summarizer that surfaces red flags instantly; an appraisal assistant that outputs buy price, retail price, recon costs, and margin from photos and vehicle data; a lead texting assistant that drafts replies for human approval before sending; a deal decision report that auto-generates a buy/inspect/pass verdict with max offer and risk breakdown; and a semi-autonomous outreach mode that handles initial seller communication and schedules viewings — while keeping all final offers in human hands.
