Complete website redesign for a gynecology practice built around patient trust

Gennero is a gynecology practice in Czech Republic with an experienced doctor and a loyal patient base — but a website that looked like a state healthcare portal. The project delivered a complete redesign focused on the patient's emotional journey: who is the doctor, why trust him, what to expect.

The challenge

What we were solving

The existing website was purely functional — opening hours, insurance providers, a phone number. No warmth, no story, no reason for a new patient to choose this clinic over another. For a practice dealing with intimate and sensitive procedures, that clinical coldness was actively working against them. On top of that, the only way to book an appointment was to call — no online option, no service overview, nothing to browse.

Our approach

How we solved it

Complete redesign from scratch. Moved away from the information-dump structure entirely. Built around the patient's emotional journey — who is the doctor, why trust him, what can I expect. Clean American aesthetic clinic references guided the visual direction: white space, soft imagery, warm typography. Services presented with care and clarity so patients can actually browse what's available before deciding. Booking made frictionless with direct Altegio integration — patients pick a service, pick a time, confirm. No phone call required.

Warm Clinical Visual Design

American aesthetic clinic references guided every decision: generous white space, soft photography, warm typography replacing the cold functional look.
